​Here you can download all the application forms, guidelines, handbooks and other information concerning the youth exchange program of Rotary International. The is information available for the students who are going on an exchange regrading the application process, suggestions, lists of useful questions and a hanbook full of hints & tips.
There is also some information available for host families who want to host an exchange student for a certain period of time. We therefore have an application form and a 'primer' with the basic information about hosting an exchange student.
All of the files are in pdf format, which means that you will need Adobe acrobat reader to be able to read it.

LONG TERM APPLICATION FORM
Applicants wishing to be an one year or long term exchange student are required to fill and submit this form on the day of recruitment test.

SHORT TERM APPLICATION FORM
Applicants wishing to be a short term exchange student are required to fill and submit this form to the YE Chairman.

YE INBOUND HALF YEAR EVALUATION FORM
All the YE Inbound Students are required to fill in this online form and submit on the completion of six months.

YE PROJECT PARTICIPATON FORM
All the YE Inbound Students may download and fill in this form whenever they participate in any activities.
